Crash City Mayhem (also known as Runabout 3D: Drive Impossible in Japan) drops you into a destructible urban playground full of espionage, racing, and chaos. Players assume the role of a covert agent tasked with chasing traitors, stealing critical embassy items, and gathering data across 36 varied missions.

Race through unexpected environments—on rooftops, through sewers, inside buildings, across railways—and commandeer 15 different vehicles, from monster trucks and tanks to mopeds and F1 racers. Smash thousands of objects, collect hidden coins to unlock car upgrades like nitro boosts, jump kits, and bus horns, then push your limits in “Legendary” difficulty or Free Run mode.

Despite its fast‑paced driving and destruction-focused premise, critics noted that content is limited—only six mission scenarios with difficulty variants—and lack of multiplayer or deep world interactivity. However, fans of arcade-style driving and wreck‑‘em‑up fun will enjoy its chase-focused espionage and explosive urban gameplay.
