The game came in great condition.

Game came in great shape. Listing said it would have some damage but when I received it, it had such minimal scratching on the label I wouldn't have even considered it notable. Great pricing. I have purchased from them both on What Not and from their website. Rock 30 never disappoints. 10/10

Came in good condition but had an odd artwork, reached out to ask about it with photos and see if maybe it was a misprint or a remade artwork someone did wrong, and they gave a partial refund since it apparently normally wouldn’t have been sold as complete even though it had the manual and was the correct disc. Really incredible customer service and fast response as well from email.

Initially I had an issue where when I received the item it was not black label like the photo, but upon reaching out and some back and forth questions and conversation, Nick from Rock30 not only answered my questions and addressed my concerns, but went above and beyond in helping provide a solution. Offered a free return with label and packaging, and to my surprise they sent a black label copy replacement alongside the return label, as well as issued a partial refund on another item that had an odd issue with the cover art (maybe misprint, maybe replica cover art?) which I was only asking questions about that issue, my only direct complaint was with accuracy of listing, which since our email, Rock30 has already started to update listings letting people know what items are possible to receive. I wish they were local because I would love to go in and support a customer forward business like this in person and put names to faces, but I'll have to stick with supporting them here the best I can and letting anyone who stumbles across this know that this is one of the stores that is worth your time and money. I've already made another purchase from them and will place more in the future because of this experience, they fully turned a frustrating experience into a pleasant one, and that sort of thing is more rare than ever.
