I had a great experience with Rock 30 Games, and I definitely would purchase from them again!

Recently I purchased a refurbished Xbox Series S console via their online store, and they were so quick to confirm my order with an accurate order status.

All of the items in my order were at a great cost, and everything arrived smoothly without a hitch.

The only issue I had was that I was sent the incorrect storage model (512 GB instead of 1 TB). However, one quick phone call to customer service and I was given a refund for the full total difference. The man on the phone was very polite and understanding and issued the refund immediately after he understood the issue.

Came in good condition but had an odd artwork, reached out to ask about it with photos and see if maybe it was a misprint or a remade artwork someone did wrong, and they gave a partial refund since it apparently normally wouldn’t have been sold as complete even though it had the manual and was the correct disc. Really incredible customer service and fast response as well from email.
