Instructions for Returning and Exchanging Merchandise:
IIf your merchandise was damaged in shipment or there is a discrepancy in the number of packages received please call our returns department immediately at 800-529-0031 Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. CST or email
1. On a piece of paper, indicate the reason for the return and any reorder, refund, or delivery instructions.

2. Enclose that paper with your merchandise.

3. If we have sent you a pre-paid return label, affix the label to your package. If you do not have a label from us, you can ship the package on your own.

4. Ship the package. If using our label, affix the label to your package and give it to USPS. If you are returning the package on your own, you should ship the package using FedEx, UPS or USPS insured with delivery confirmation. Ensure all information needed is on the package prior to shipment as that will help speed up the return process. Rock 30 Games will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages by delivery services. Record your tracking number and order number and keep until your refund or exchange has been received. This also helps if you need to make an inquiry on your return.

Easy 30-Day Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your Rock 30 Games purchase for any reason, please return your merchandise within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. For the fastest service, returns should be accompanied by the purchase invoice. All returns are subject to a physical inspection and all merchandise must be returned in resale condition within 30 days. We must have the product back and inspected before a credit can be issued. We will apply your refund, less shipping and handling, to the original form of payment. Rock 30 Games will pay return shipping charges for incorrect or defective merchandise only. Refunded value for any item(s) returned will be reduced to reflect the value of any free gift or discount applied to order. If you would prefer an exchange we will send it promptly. Defective items are backed 100% and can be returned for exchange only. Refunds or exchanges on any defective merchandise will be given at the evaluation of Rock 30 Games' Pro Staff. All returns must be sent via paid service only. Sorry, no COD's will be accepted.
The following exceptions apply to our standard return policy:
-Disposable products cannot be returned once opened. This includes cleaning supplies, care products, and rosin.

-Personal use items that are used in the mouth or in the ear cannot be returned once opened due to health laws. This includes all headsets, ear buds, gum, candy, etc.

-Gift certificates cannot be returned.

-A quick note to those guilty of returning items time and time again – Please keep in mind that under certain conditions, some customers may only be able to return for exchange. Let's "keep it real" so we can continue offering the best return policy around!

How are shipping charges handled?
If you are returning a product for an exchange, Rock 30 Games will pay the shipping charges on the exchange order. If you are returning a product for a refund, Rock 30 Games will refund the full purchase price excluding any shipping charges incurred on the original order. However, you are responsible for the shipping costs on the product that you are returning to Rock 30 Games. We do not credit any original shipping charges toward the exchange.

If the return is needed as a result of damage, defect, or our mistake, Rock 30 Games will pay the shipping charges - both to have your item sent back to us, and to send you a replacement item. Rock 30 Games can issue a like product in advance (pending approval). These exceptions are at the sole discretion of Rock 30 Games and its Returns Department.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once our warehouse receives the returned merchandise, the return is typically processed within 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday). Processing time may vary depending on daily return volume. Processing time may exceed 5 business days during January (typically our busiest month) and other times during the year when we are exceptionally busy.
