History:

Rock 30 Games was established in the Fall of 2002 with an initial website providing used video games and accessories that was run out of a college dorm room. Thanks to our loyal customer following, over the years we have grown into a company with multiple store locations that buy/sell/trade our products, and an online e-commerce sales website.

Our first store location was opened in Bismarck, ND in October of 2003 (later moved to its current location in November of 2005).  A second location was started in Jamestown, ND in May of 2005, and recent store openings were in Grand Forks, ND (February 2007) and Dickinson, ND (November 2007).

The website rock30games.com started with an initial design in 2002, which was quickly outgrown as products and services were added.  A redesigned version was developed in 2003 and is still in use today, however it has been revamped into the design you see here.  We are excited to announce that we currently have a new version under development that will be integrated real time to our in-store sales system and will have more features available that our customers have been asking for.  Stay tuned for more details as it develops!

From day one, Rock 30 Games has been mostly involved in buying, selling, and trading used video games, consoles, and accessories.  A recent exciting addition has been providing a selection of brand new games and consoles as well, with a larger selection of new titles coming in future months.  Other product lines have been added over the last few years, and today we also carry a wide array of DVD and Blu-Ray movies, Paintball equipment, and a large selection of Frisbee Disc Golf equipment.  We are active in the Disc Golf community (many of our employees play on a regular basis), and we continue to support the state and local Disc Golf leagues in our local areas.

Our goal is to give our customers the best selection of products at affordable prices. Payment Policy:

Rock 30 Games accepts Checks/Money Orders and PayPal as our approved methods of payment online. Other arrangements may be made available with the client on a per order basis, approved only prior to shipment.  See our contact us page to call/email a store.

Money Orders and PayPal are the preferred methods of payment, as checks are subject to fund verification.  It may take up to 14 days for a check to clear through the bank.  We reserve the right to delay shipping an order until a check has fully cleared.

Return Policy:

If there is a defect with your item purchased, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase. Once you send the game back and we verify the problem, we will send you a replacement if one is available.  If we don't have a replacement item, we will issue you either store credit towards a different item or a refund of your payment.

Shipping Policy:

Rock 30 Games ships all packages using the US Postal Service. All items are usually shipped within 7-10 days of successful payment. All customers will receive a confirmation email at the address given during checkout on the date that their order was processed.

Online Items Disclaimer:

The database you see here on our website is the complete inventory we have.  Because we sell many used items, we sometimes do not have all of the original packaging.  While we make every effort to send the most complete items we can, some items such as games and movies may not include the original case and/or instructions.  Please email our HQ office (see "contact us" page) if you have questions for specific items on this topic.
